Our Secure Document Archiving and Records Management service provides a High Volume Document Scanning Service that can be used to quickly scan, capture and digitise vast volumes of information including business documents, drawings &plans and microfilm.


Paper files are captured using one of our three, high volume, high quality, and high speed state-of-the-art IBML document scanners.


For certain scanning projects it is sometimes more cost effective to use different scanners. We have a number of Kodak models that are used where files contain a mix of sizes, different paper types & thicknesses and varying image qualities.


Flatbed scanners are used to scan fragile documents and those mounted onto board. Furthermore, these are traditionally for documents that cannot or should not be scanned on a traditional rotary scanner. Our largest flatbed scanner is A0 size.


Specialist microfilm scanning equipment is used to scan &convert roll microfilm, microfiche or aperture cards and microfilm jackets to an electronic format – typically PDF. X-ray scanners are used to scan medical x-rays up to 16” x 20.”

Utilising our professional Box Storage & Retrieval Services will free up vital office space. Furthermore, it provide users with a simple, secure way to retrieve documents via phone, email or internet within short timescales.

Our Document Management Systems can be used to integrate hardcopy and digital assets whilst providing full audit trails, improved security as well as destruction and retention policies.


In addition to our box storage services we provide secure storage of microfilm, microfiche and aperture card cabinets, plan chests and drawing cabinets. We offer a scan on demand service within agreed service level agreements.
