Whether you require a single shredding console at one location, or you need several consoles at multiple sites; we can help. This service is ideal for schools, local councils, hospitals, businesses and law firms. We can supply your company with secure shedding consoles and set up regular or ad-hoc collections from your premises.

The Process

  1. We deliver secure document consoles to your premises. Each console contains a secure waste bag which is sealed before collection.
  2. You can choose a regular collection regime or call us whenever you require a collection
  3. Our dedicated team collect the sealed bag and replace a new bag in the console.
  4. The documents are destroyed using our confidential shredding service at our premises
  5. Once the records are destroyed, a destruction certificate is issued.

Where there is an extensive collection of documents we can supply secure bags only, also we can collect documents for destruction in their original boxes.

About the size of a washing machine – or to be precise 900mm x 500mm x 500mm

Yes we do – unlike some that offer this service all shredding takes place at our premises in Crawley. Once your documents have been collected, they never leave our possession until after they have been shredded. They are then transferred to a recycling plant.

As frequently or infrequently as you need. You can call us when the bin is getting full or you can arrange a regular daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly collection.

Yes – you can have as many bins as you need and you can add to them or reduce the quantity as your requirements change.

There is no charge for delivery and assuming the space is clear, we’ll happily install it for you.

We have a couple of options but the most popular is to have a free bin and a monthly collection – this costs £44 + vat per month. There are alternative options available.

We’re confident that our excellent service and keen pricing structure are all that are needed to keep you as a customer. But if you do want to discontinue the service at any time, just tell us and we’ll make one last collection and take the bin at the same time.

The minimum clearance for any member of staff is BPSS; certain production staff and supervisory staff have SC clearance.
