Storing boxes of completed business transactions tends to either take up valuable office space or they are stored in basements, mezzanines or other “out of sight” locations that are often far from ideal with staff dreading a fruitless visit to the “archives”. Records kept on spreadsheets are not ideal with each department having their own system, some better than others.

Our document storage and retrieval services allow you to store hardcopy documents offsite, search an online listing of your archive and request the collection or return of documents via the website, by phone, fax or email.

We provide a fast scan-on-demand service or we can return individual files or complete boxes to you either the same day or the next day.

All boxes are bar coded on receipt and each subsequent movement of the box is recorded and the data kept for audit purposes. In addition,  you can request the return of a box or a file or you can ask for a document to be copied and posted or scanned and e-mailed. Once documents have been requested, we deliver either electronic or physical records within agreed timescales.

Your business records are securely stored in modern, purpose built document storage warehouses. Your records can be simply indexed to box or file level. Furthermore, we undertake more advanced systems that index down to an individual document within a box or file. We store engineering and architectural drawings, microfiche, microfilm and aperture cards in purpose designed cabinets. Fire proof storage is also available for paper documents and computer media or we are happy to take your own cabinets.

Document Shredding We provide a secure document shredding service fully compliant and accredited to EN 15713:2009. Once identified for destruction your documents are located and removed from storage, the box bar code is scanned and the database updated to show the documents have been destroyed. All shredding takes place on our premises and only after shredding is it delivered to a recycling centre.

We can supply you with boxes, sacks or secure consoles for you to load your own documents that you want shredding. We will then collect these from your offices and provide you with a certificate of destruction after shredding.
