Richard worked in Sales for ten years with Ozalid and Oce before he joined the company in 1991 and appointed Sales Director in 1993 and became Managing Director in 1998. Richard’s inspirational leadership has seen the business thrive in this time and has restructured the business, so it is well placed for future expansion.
Ed has a clear vision of where Document Options needs to be in the future. There are significant plans to expand the document processing business using intelligent automation. Our iBPM (intelligent Business Process Management) cloud service is just one example of our newly defined strategy.
Director of Document Services
Mark joined the team in July 2017 from Swiss Post Solutions, where he played a leading role in transitioning the business from a paper-based mail processing Company, to a digital services business over a period of 10 years. At Document Options Mark heads up the Document Services Division and has overall responsibility for increasing sales and improving operations. Trained in Service Management and ITIL qualified.
Andy has been with the company for over 25 years. Andy personally manages some of our longest standing clients and ensures the smooth running of the entire operation to meet delivery dates and turnaround times.
Colin Thornback has been with Document Options going on eight years. He has been instrumental in bringing new customers on board with his consultative and friendly approach. He has an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace, our solutions and services. Colin has forged an excellent relationship with Document Options clients and continues to develop our existing customer base by offering our full range of services.
Perry has been with the Company for 14 years and has progressed through our operation's structure and now leads our production and services team as Production Manager. Perry works closely with the New Business Sales, Account Management and IT teams and is instrumental in delivering successful complex client projects and then managing the actual processing activity once live.
Cathy joined the team in October 2018 after a career break. Previously Cathy trained and worked in customer services for Barclaycard for many years. Dealing with all sorts of customer credit card queries ranging from setting up direct debits, payment plans to fraudulent transactions. At Document Options, Cathy manages the document processing team to ensure all customer service levels agreements and quality standards are met.
IT / Network Manager
Wylie joined us over 20 years ago and has overseen and administered our internal and customer-facing networks. As well as managing and improving our internal infrastructure, he supports activity for our platforms and SaaS users around the world. Wylie’s extensive document processing and system experience allow him to play a lead role in designing solutions for our customers.
Ian heads up our Finance Team. An experienced Finance Manager Ian is responsible for aiding business planning and decision-making tasks by providing appropriate financial advice, maintaining robust financial controls and supervising an efficient accounts department.
Shea joined us straight from achieving a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science at Buckinghamshire New University. Shea has a background in software development and testing using a variety of programming languages, both in his free time and through his studies. At Document Options, Shea is responsible for developing and supporting our iBPM cloud service and has been heavily involved in delivering a number of significant invoice and expense automation projects for our clients.
Archive and Warehouse Manager
Bob is responsible for accurately, securely and effectively managing the files and boxes stored in our warehouses. Bob joined us from the Post Office where he was a manager for over 20 years.
