An industry veteran with over 40 years experience in reprographics, CAD, printing, microfilm and scanning services. Richard provides strategic direction for the company and also maintains a hands-on approach, often being the first person to answer an incoming call.

Andy has been with us for over 20 years. Having previously worked for one of our largest customers, Andy now overseas logistics and operations. He personally manages some of our key digital print clients as well as advising new customers.

Eddie Entecott, Branch Manager (Hove)

Eddie joined Document Options Ltd in 2009 to manage our newly acquired Hove office. Since then Eddie has implemented a number of changes which has increased and improved the services we provide to our South Coast clients.

Colin Thornback, Account Manager

Colin has a great background in image capture and a keen eye for process improvement. Becoming a part of the Document Options team in 2011 Colin is responsible for lead generation, site visits and account management.

Dan Patience, Production Manager (Digital Printing)

Dan joined us over 9 years ago from one of our customer’s internal print departments. He manages the digital print team and personally oversees quality. Dan is also responsible for our variable data capabilities and transactional printing.

Aida has been with us for 8 years, starting originally as a scanner operator. She is now responsible for all output and quality of the document management services team as well as being involved with complex projects and customer liaison.

Wylie joined us 10 years ago and has overseen and administered our internal and customer facing networks. As well as managing our internal digital infrastructure, he manages support activity for our systems and SaaS users around the world.
