As part of their commitment to providing the highest quality of service to their customers, Close identified the need to manage the hardcopy documents that were collated and generated on behalf their customers in the most efficient and professional way possible. After talking to a number of leading document scanning vendors, Document Options Limited were selected to provide the solution.
Within weeks, thousands of business critical documents were being scanned by Document Options’ professional scanning bureau. These are quickly uploaded to our secure online web-server www.document-options.net - and are now available to Close employees 24 hours a day, anywhere in the world. Following the success of the initial project, use of the solution has grown to encompass a wide and diverse range of document types that are now accessed by over 100 users across multiple sites in the UK.
Document Options also manage destruction and retention of the hardcopy documents and a recent development to the service has allowed Close to integrate their physical document storage with the scanned images, creating a single centralised solution for all their archiving needs.
