Document Retrieval

 

With decades of experience in the more complex aspects of document management and archiving, we can offer a variety of retrieval methods just not possible with traditional box storage providers. Retrieval options are:

• Return of copies
• Fax copies
• Email copies

This means that documents can be with you in less than 30 minutes. You can view an online database of your entire archive and request retrievals online or by phone, fax or email.

 

As well as this, using our scan-on-demand service you can gradually convert your hardcopy archive to electronic format and never have to retrieve the same document twice as it will be automatically available next time you view the database.
