Specialist Document Scanning

 

Certain documents are too fragile or not suitable for capture using conventional high volume scanners, therefore we employ a number of specialist and custom-built machines to capture these images.

 

X-rays and photographic transparencies are captured using specialist machinery. Oversized or historic maps, rare photographs and even solid objects can be scanned using our non-contact flatbed scanners. Bound books or publications are scanned on specialist book scanners.

 

Rare, valuable or highly confidential documents are stored within a separate secure room. This room benefits from controlled access, separate alarm systems, spark-proof switches and a fire-proof storage safe.
