Past
Document Options was originally incorporated in 1989 as a provider of outsourced microfilming and photocopying services that would enable our customers to store or reproduce business documents cost effectively & efficiently.
Since then, the underlying principles on which we were formed have not changed. However, continued development of digital scanning and digital printing technology has greatly enhanced our ability to deliver these services to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Present
From our main location in Crawley, we now operate one of the largest dedicated digital printing and document management facilities in the UK. This secure production and warehousing centre houses 30 staff and over £1M worth of equipment and software.
Our Document Management division manages receipt, processing and storage of customer’s business critical hardcopy and electronic data, whilst our Digital Printing division deals with creation, production and global distribution of dynamic, high quality documents.
Future
Our services are constantly developing and the next stage in our evolution sees not only further integration between our two main divisions to create truly end-to-end services, but also a continuation of the trend for our services to be deployed earlier in the document lifecycle and become more business process oriented.
