How do your prices work?

Because most of the work we do is tailored to your individual requirements, we provide individual quotations based on your specifications and the type and quality of your documents.

 

If you are not sure of the exact volumes, we will supply you with unit costs, which are charged pro-rata against the actual volumes delivered. We will also attempt to provide estimates for the likely overall cost of the works.

 

 

Is my job to small for you?

Not at all. Although essentially a high volume B2B bureau, we appreciate that small or private jobs still need to be undertaken professionally.

 

However, due to the nature of our business, we have a set up charge of £135.00 + VAT that is applied to any works unless you are a regular customer.

Do you cover my area?

Yes, our document scanning and archiving services cover the entire UK mainland and our online document management system www.document-options.net can be accessed from anywhere in the world. Systems and support are delivered throughout europe.

 

Our reprographic services are most effective for customers within 20 miles of Crawley although we can distribute your printed material all over the world.

How long does it take?

This depends on the size / complexity of the project and your individual requirements. We undertake daily work for clients that is turned around in a few hours and - at the other end of the spectrum - we run large projects that take months to complete (and everything else in between).

 

Your account manager will discuss your turnaround requirements with you before commencing works and we will attempt to establish a timetable that suits us both. On larger projects, this will be covered by a service level agreement.

 

If we have your documents onsite and you need them, we can always get them back to you, typically within an hour.
